在肉鸡健康养殖和动物源食品质量控制的国家重大需求背景下,长期关注异质鸡肉高发生率、鸡肉品质不稳定等行业共性问题,集中开展肉鸡类PSE肉和木质肉的发生机制及其营养调控研究工作。近5年发表代表性论文如下:
